Arkas Line is upgrading its Spain / East Med Service by deploying more capacity and expanding its coverage with an additional call in Genoa.
The new weekly service's rotation will be as follows:
Valencia – Castellon – Barcelona – Fos – Genoa* – Cagliari – Piraeus – Alexandria (Old Port) – Beirut – Mersin – İskenderun – Alexandria(El Dekhelia) – İzmir (Alsancak) – Piraeus – Valencia
(*) New port of call
The new SEM service will provide faster direct connections between Genoa and East Med ports (including Alexandria Old Port which was added recently to the rotation). As per the Arkas Line's Gradual Capacity Increase Programme, the average vessel capacity of the service will be in the range of 2400-2500 TEU nominal.
The new rotation will start with MV/Horace A sailing from Genoa on September 10th.
